Call it Hands-On Assignment 2

 Within the three weeks of being in this course, I started to reflect on the question of what exactly is media and social networking. The most simple way that I can define it is that social networking is using any dedicated app or website to interact with other people/users on the internet, perhaps with people who have similiar interest as you or not. Media itself is the just the mass of communication, such as broadcasting, or publishing any information for the public to have accesss to. Currently the only social networking sites I use are twitter and instagram.

 I use twitter as a means to possibly expose myself to more people who may have the same interests as me or even share some knowledge on my hobbies and activies I already know. Instagram is more of a means to connect with my friends since I am in a group chat with them and I tend to use both pretty frequently. I personally don't feel different using the social medias I have, but I will say that thanks to them it has kept me connected and stay close with family and friends I adore.
